Democratic lawmakers plan to bring people who say they were victimized by sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday.

Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin announced in a statement Monday that he and Virginia Rep. Suhas Subramanyam will be joined by the brother and sister-in-law of late Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who died by suicide in April. She alleged that Epstein trafficked her to powerful men including England’s former Prince Andrew. He’s been convicted of no crimes, but was stripped of his royal titles over his relationship with the accused trafficker, who died in jail in 2019.

According to Roll Call, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries will also be accompanied by women who accused Epstein of sexually exploiting them.

Survivor Haley Robson is expected to attend the 9 p.m. Eastern time speech with California Rep. Ro Khanna.

“She and her fellow survivors’ bravery was the catalyst for changing a rotten system and finally standing up for humanity and American values,” he said in a statement announcing Robson’s visit.

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky reportedly said as many as 12 survivors may be in the U.S. Capitol when Trump delivers his address. He and Khanna have worked together to compel the Justice Department to release files pertaining to its Epstein investigation.

Robson has said she too is a Republican.

Democrats have accused the Trump administration’s Department of Justice for its handling of records pertaining to Epstein, who once had a friendly relationship with Trump.

Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared before Congress on Feb. 11 for a contentious hearing where Rep. Pramila Jayapal from Washington challenged the head of the DOJ to face Epstein survivors in attendance and apologize for her team’s management of the matter. She declined.
