Duran Duran, the Offspring and James Taylor set to headline 2026 BeachLife Festival

ANAHEIM, Calif. — Redondo Beach will once again be hit with a tidal wave of music as the BeachLife Festival returns with a nod to the ’80s, a touch of punk and some nostalgic rock.
Festival organizers for the May 1-3 event at Seaside Lagoon, which is expected to attract more than 30,000 people, announced the lineup on Friday, Jan. 16, and it includes headliners Duran Duran on day one, the Offspring on May 2 and James Taylor and His All-Star Band closing it out on May 3.
“BeachLife’s grateful for the opportunity to continue curating music, food, and lifestyle experiences that celebrate the beach culture of Southern California,” said festival founder Allen Sanford in a statement. “This year’s lineup is once again highlighted by a special collection of artists and bands who’ve helped shape the soundtrack of our California lifestyle … from its early days to today.”
The headliners are among the more than 40 musical acts performing throughout the weekend. Other notable bands include the Chainsmokers, Fitz and the Tantrums and Grouplove on May 1.
Returning acts on May 2 include Slightly Stoopid, Ben Harper and Sugar Ray, the last of which has pretty much become the house band, since the Newport Beach-born group has performed at every BeachLife Festival since its launch in 2019.
Joining James Taylor and His All-Star Band on May 3 is My Morning Jacket, Sheryl Crow and, for a bit of tropical flare, Buena Vista Orchestra.
The festival will include not only a lineup of bands and solo performers on several stages but also art, gourmet food and more during its three-day run.
