Patrick J. Adams has confirmed his and Troian Bellisario's third child is a girl.

The 44-year-old actor - who is best known for starring alongside Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, in Suits - and his spouse revealed in January they had welcomed a new baby into the world, and now Patrick has confirmed he has a "lot of women" in his life, including all of his kids.

Patrick is in the UK to promote his latest role as banker Russell McIntosh in Paramount+ drama The Madison, and on Thursday (05.03.26) he appeared on TV show This Morning alongside castmates Kurt Russell, Patrick J. Adams, Matthew Fox and Elle Chapman.

Host Ben Shephard told Patrick "I felt for your character, because of course, he's surrounded by women.

"Properly surrounded, and I feel like he's doing his best to try and navigate what his wife is expecting of him, what his mother-in-law is expecting of him."

The actor replied: "This is true, he's trying to make everybody happy. Luckily, I have two amazing sisters, strong, willed, intelligent, brilliant sisters.

"A very powerful mother, I have three daughters now. I had my third little girl a month ago! I've got an amazing wife, I've got a lot of women in my life! So I have been practising for this for a long time."

Patrick also recalled having a terrifying encounter with a bear while on a hike in Montana during a break from filming.

He said: "Beau [Garrett], another brilliant actor, told me I had to go and do this hike in the first season and the weather was getting quite bad, so nobody would go with me and I was like, 'Well, I guess I'll go do it alone.'

"I was sure I would run into a bear and everyone's like, 'You're not going to run into a bear.'

"I took the bear spray and I went for this long, beautiful, four-mile hike up to this lake and didn't see any wildlife. I'm like fine, on the way down, I'll put my headphones in and listen to some music.

"I'm coming down the mountain, listening to music, and I look down at my feet for a second and I look up and as far as you are from me, there's a bear.

"In my mind, it's the most ferocious bear we ever ... I think it was probably a cub. But I'll tell you, my heart just jumped out of my chest.

"I'm not quite as uncomfortable in nature as my character Russell.

"I learned a lot about myself in that moment. Whatever I thought I should do, I just froze. I tried not to scream and I had the bear spray, and I sprayed it and that was probably not necessary."

On Wednesday (04.03.26), Patrick, Kurt, Matthew, Elle, and co-stars Michelle Pfeiffer, Ben Schnetzer, Beau Garrett, and Kevin Zegers attended the European premiere of The Madison in London's Leicester Square, where guests got to watch the first two episodes of the new show.

The Madison premieres with three episodes on Saturday, March 14, 2026, on Paramount+.
